Possible Causes
Communications problem between
ACU and MCU.
Communication missing from ACU to
HMI.
Communication missing from HMI to
ACU.
Problem detected with motor control
over temperature or over current.
Also possible MCI internal failure,
motor error designed by MCU
developer, or MCI DC bus under
voltage.
Motor over temperature detected.
MCI locked rotor detected.
MCI motor lost phase detected.
MCI motor overload detected.
Washer may not be connected to
the home water supply. Home water
supply valves may not be turned on.
Inlet hoses to washer may be kinked.
Inlet valves on washer may have
failed.
Inlet valves on washer are leaking
internally and washer cannot drain
during overflow.
Drain pump filter on washer may need
to be cleaned. Bellow drain holes in
washer may be obstructed. Washer
drain hose or home drain system may
be obstructed. Drain pump on washer
may have failed.
HMI cannot communicate with Wi-Fi
module.
Solution
Try resetting the washer by unplugging it from the outlet and
then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.
