Is there an electricity failure?
Isn't there a communication
error in the other interface
module besides centralized
controller?
Are the adapter and power
cable connected?
Is Microsoft Silverlight
installed?
Is Microsoft Silverlight
installed properly?
Are the network settings set?
Isn't the fire wall set?
Are the communication cables
of DMS2(C1, C2) properly
connected?
Isn't the power of DMS2
disconnected?
Solution
Check if the power is connected to
the other interface module besides
centralized controller.
Then try again.
Check the connection of
communication cable.
Then try again.
Check the connection of adapter
and power cable. Then try again.
Check the installation status.
Refer to Start → Control Panel →
Add/Remove Programs.
Microsoft Silverlight 2.0 or later
version should be installed to
access web page.
Contact network manager first.
Connect DMS2 communication
cables (C1, C2) properly.
Be careful to deal with the RS485
communication cable because it
has polarity.
To use power distribution function
properly,
the power of DMS2 should be
connected all the time.
