7.1.1 H Board Troubleshooting Flow (For SV/SVW all models) - General Checking
Yes
Then press and hold RC key and
TV cannot be controlled
by remote commander
Check White LED
at Power LED indicator.
Is it lighted up?
No
Check voltage at
Pin1 of H board connector
(refer next page)
Is it 5V?
No
Check H board to B board
harness condition.
Is it connected properly?
Yes
Check voltage at resistor of
5V source of B board.
Is it 5V?
Yes
Check SIRCS voltage
using multimeter
at R5047 on B board.
No
observe voltage drop.
Does it drop
from 3.1V to (<2.9V)?
Yes
Main IC SIRCS line broken.
Change B-board
Yes
Place remote commander (RC)
near to window and press RC key.
Is the LED blinking?
No
No
Connect harness properly
No
STBY5V NG. Refer to DDCON
troubleshooting section
IR sensor broken.
Change Hboard.
Condition: TV is plugged to AC power
supply, and AC power supply is turned ON.
Yes
Change Mechanical part
(ex. Ornamental panel,
or guide light)
