4.5 Setting with Engineering Tool

This section describes how to set DN912 using the engineering tool, nV-Tool. Please use the version of nV-
Tool that satisfies the combination condition described in "??". For the operation method of nV-Tool, refer to
"Unified Controller nv Series / Integrated Controller V Series Engineering Tool 4 Operation Manual Basic"
(6F8C1290).
In order to register and set DN912, we will explain the system that has registered the target system, station,
module (controller).
 Note
When you do not register any network variables in the talker block, the DN912 will remain in the IDLE mode and will
not start the communication.
Please register one or more network variables in the talker block when you want to communicate with the DN912 in
the RUN mode.
