Do not touch the module or unit
terminals while power is on.
Failure to do so may cause electric
shock.
Do not modify, repair, disassemble
or adjust equipment, modules or
boards.
Failure to do so might cause electric

In case of malfunction or failure, contact

Check
that
capacity, frequency, voltage, and
fluctuation rate conform to the
specifications of the equipment
before use.
If failure to do so, not only the
original performance of the device
will not obtained, but also the device
may be damaged or overheating
which can cause a fire.

program change, forced output,
RUN and HALT during operation
after confirming sufficient safety.
