Call Handling How to The Transfer feature allows you to transfer a call from your telephone to another extension or outside number. Transfer a call 1. With a call in progress, press 2. For example, the key 2 is also marked as A, B and C. To enter a C, press 2 until a C is displayed. - Page 8 All.
