1. Turn the printer off. (U
the Power Off" on page
2. Open the roll paper cover.
3. Check that no paper is jammed. If
there is a paper jam, remove the
paper.
4. Load paper again.
5. Turn the printer on. (U
the Power On" on page
If the error reoccurs, request repairs.
Replace the printer or request
repairs.
Turn the printer off and then turn it
back on. If the error reoccurs, request
repairs.
