13. ACOPTIONAL ATTACHMENTS
13.1
BATTERIES
Different capacity batteries are available to 
suit specific operating requirements (Fig.10). 
The list of approved batteries for this machine 
is found in the "Technical Data" table.
13.2
BATTERY CHARGER
Device used to recharge the battery (Fig.11)
The cutting means is not in good condition.
Cutting means fittings are loose or 
the cutting means is damaged.
Severe working conditions requiring 
greater current absorption.
Battery is insufficient for operating requirements.
Battery is not correctly inserted 
in the battery charger.
Unsuitable environmental conditions.
Dirty contacts.
The battery charger is not energised.
Faulty battery charger.
Contact a Technical service centre for the
sharpening or replacement of the cutting means.
Immediately turn off the motor and remove the safety key.
Contact an authorised Technical Assistance Centre
for checks, replacements or repairs (par. 7.3).
Optimise operations (par. 7.1.1).
Use a second battery or extended battery (par. 13.1).
Check it is correctly inserted (par. 7.1.2)
Recharge the battery in places with suitable temperatures 
(see battery/battery charger instruction manual).
Clean the contacts.
Check it is plugged in and the power socket is energised.
Replace with an original spare part.
If the problem persists, refer to the 
battery/battery charger manual.
