Forwarding to a number
When you are absent or already in communication (all lines are busy), all your calls are forwarded to the defined
number.
•
Use one of the following:
o
Select the settings icon from the phone menu (see the navigation section of your phone
model)
o
•
Pressing the associated key, select from:
o
Immediate
All your calls are immediately forwarded to another set or voicemail.
o
Busy
All your calls are forwarded to another set or voicemail when you are already on the line.
o
No Reply
All your calls are forwarded to another set or voicemail when you cannot answer.
The information page indicates the forward status of your phone (
displayed at the top of the screen.
The forwarding destination is saved. Next time you use this feature, you can directly activate the last forward by
pressing the bullet point for the type of forward (left side):
