Level Flags
The following table shows the location of the PLC Run Flags and PC Link
Error Flags, based on the PLC model and PC Link Unit's unit number.

Example:
In this example, the existing PC Link system is a multi-level system, and the
PC Link Units being replaced are node 1 in Link #0 (made up of 8 PLCs) and
node 0 in Link #1 (made up of 4 PLCs). The C1000H/C2000H flags are as fol-
lows:
• The PLC Run Flags for Link #0 are in SR 25000 to SR 25007 (the local
node's flag is bit 01) and the flags for Link #1 are in SR 24800 to SR
24803 (the local node's flag is bit 00).
• The PC Link Error Flags for Link #0 are in SR 25008 to SR 25015 (the
local node's flag is bit 09) and the flags for Link #1 are in SR 24808 to SR
24811 (the local node's flag is bit 08).
In the CVM1/CV-series PLC, the Status Area depends on the unit number (N)
set on the CVM1-LK401. When the unit number is set to 0, the word CIO 1500
+ 25 × N + 3 = CIO 1503 is equivalent to SR 250 in the C1000H/C2000(H) and
CIO 1500 + 25 × N + 1 = CIO 1501 is equivalent to SR 248. Consequently,
change any ladder program occurrences of SR 248 to CIO 1501 and occur-
rences of SR 250 to CIO 1503.
In the C1000H/C2000H-series PLCs the Level Flags in AR 2411 and AR 2412
indicated whether any PC Link Units were mounted in the PLC. In the CVM1/
CV-series PLCs, the equivalent flags are bits 11 and 12 of CIO 1500 + 25 × N
+ 4. The flags are read-only.
