Assembly On Leg Sets - Bosch rexroth BS 1 Series Assembly Instructions Manual

1. Remove the yellow
protective cap (X) from
the motor shaft, screw
on the motor (J) with
the mounting kit at the
gear flange (D). Hub in
the gear (F) has already
been lubricated at the
factory.
2. Install BS 1 on SZ 1.
Please note:
• Depending on the
ordered length, the belt
section BS 1 can be
assembled on two to four
SZ 1 leg sets. SZ 1 are
always installed under
the cross connectors.
Installation example

l = 4000 mm with
three SZ 1 leg sets.
For BS1/S: Longitudinal
transport of the
workpiece pallet with
segmented conveyor
sections of up to
5000 mm.
3. Align longitudinally and
transversely, adjust
leveling feet spindles
accordingly.
