Ram Travel: Read scale at edge of block.
Note: Ram scale must be set on zero.
Note: Calibrate Bender Before Bending:
Snug up bender by advancing ram until shoe, conduit
and follow bar are snug. (Do not squeeze or begin to
bend.) Stop pump. Compare reading on scale with
appropriate Snug-Up 0° column on ram travel charts.
Note variance if any. Incorporate this variance in ram
travel measurements used for bending the same size
and type of conduit.
