Note: Power indicator LED (C) remains lit when power to unit is
turned on with chain brake disengaged.

Hold the chain saw by both handles.

Hold down the trigger switch lockout (D) and depress trigger switch (E)
to increase saw chain speed. If you depress trigger switch with chain
brake activated, the saw will not work.
When power to unit is turned on:
• After 90 seconds of inactivity, unit will power itself off.
• If the LED remains lit, operation is normal.
• If the LED flashes once per second, the battery needs to be charged.
• The LED flashes four times per second when the chain brake is
ACTIVATED. To disengage the chain brake, pull front hand guard towards
the operator to the chain brake RELEASED position. The saw will power
itself off in about 5 minutes if the chain brake remains in the ACTIVATED
position

Stopping the Unit

1.
Release trigger switch and trigger switch lockout, and allow saw chain
to stop.

Push power button to turn off power to unit.
Note: Power indicator LED (C) turns off when power to unit is turned
off.
When the trigger switch is released, the saw chain
automatically stops. Motor control changes depending on
temperature of the battery therefore stop time of the saw
chain might not be consistent.
