1.
Push front hand guard
forward. (Chain brake
ACTIVATED position).
2.
Make sure power indicator
LED is turned off.
3.
Align ridges on battery
with groove on chainsaw,
and insert battery until
battery latch (A) is fully
engaged, and a clicking
sound is heard.
Before using the chainsaw, make sure that
battery is installed correctly with battery
latch in the fully engaged, upright position.
Removing the Battery
To remove battery, press
battery latch, and slide
battery out.
When the battery is difficult to remove:
1.
Place saw on a hard flat
surface.
2.
Press battery latch and
push bottom of battery
against the hard surface.
3.
Slide battery out of saw.
