Problem
The vehicle is not charging with

Possible cause
Current sensors are not or are incorrectly con-
figured
EEBus pairing was not successful or there was
a brief connection failure
The phase assignment of the EEBus device is
not correct
A fuse has triggered which is not protecting
the energy manager

Remedy
e
Check whether the connection positions of the current sensors on the
energy manager correspond to the configuration in the Web Application,
HOME SETUP (CT#). In addition, the configured phases of the current
sensors must correspond with the phases of the voltage measurement.

Perform EEBus pairing on the EEBus device again and boost the communi-
cation signal, if required (WiFi or PLC).

In the Web Application, HOME SETUP, check whether (the correct) current
sensors have been assigned to the electrical loads.
Current sensors to protect other fuses of cables in the direction of the EEBus
device can be acquired from your authorized Porsche dealer.

Have these installed and configured by a qualified electrician.

Qualified electrician checks whether the arrow of the current sensor is
pointing in the direction of consumption and whether the cable is correctly
connected to plug connectors J200, J300 and J301.

Check whether the connection positions of the current sensors on the
energy manager correspond to the configuration in the Web Application,
HOME SETUP (CT#). In addition, the configured phases of the current
sensors must correspond with the phases of the voltage measurement.

Perform EEBus pairing on the EEBus device again and boost the communi-
