Remedy
e
Perform EEBus pairing on the EEBus device again and boost the communi-
cation signal, if required (WiFi or PLC).
g Note the EEBus device
instructions.
e
In the HOME SETUP of the Web Application, assign phases to the EEBus
device by specifying the current sensors.
e
For information on the Web Application, refer to the instruc-
tions at https://www.porsche.com/international/aboutporsche/e-per-
formance/help-and-contact/
e
Qualified electrician attaches the neutral wire and the external wire via the
plug connector J400 to the energy manager.
e
Qualified electrician checks whether the arrow of the current sensor is
pointing in the direction of consumption and whether the cable is correctly
connected to plug connectors J200, J300 and J301.
e
Check whether the connection positions of the current sensors on the
energy manager correspond to the configuration in the Web Application,
HOME SETUP (CT#). In addition, the configured phases of the current
sensors must correspond with the phases of the voltage measurement.
e
In the Web Application, HOME SETUP, check whether (the correct) current
sensors have been assigned to the electrical loads.
e
Qualified electrician checks whether the arrow of the current sensor is
pointing in the direction of consumption and whether the cable is correctly
