Move your cursor upon the "Software Duplex Scan" and click to select
it. The Software Duplex Scan button will appear on the screen.
When done, the Software Duplex Scan mode is activated.

mode is the
default scan

9. Next, click the Software Duplex Scan
button to start your duplex scan.
a)
When the Software Duplex Scan
button is pressed, a "Software Duplex
Scan" window appears on the screen.
Follow the instructions inside, and
then press the Start button to start
scanning one side of the document.
b)
When done, a window will appear
to remind you to turn over the
document. Turn over and reload your
documents.
c)
When done, press the Continue
button to start scanning the other
side of the document.
When done, the scanned images will
be automatically saved into the folder
defined in the File Location menu box.
At the same time, the scanned images
will be displayed in thumbnail sizes in the
Thumbnail View window and labeled with
the chosen file format.
10. Click the Open Folder button to locate the
scanned images if you want to view.
