Home Theater–Enjoying more powerful sound
These models can play Dolby Digital, but only in two channels. None of these models have a DTS decoder. You must connect a unit with a Dolby
Digital or DTS decoder to enjoy surround sound.

To enjoy 5.1-channel surround
sound
To enjoy stereo or Dolby Pro
Logic
To enjoy heavy bass with a
subwoofer
Other uses
Recording to MDs or cassette tapes (á page 28).
