2-6. Ejecting the Cassette Tape
Manually
1. Turn off the power switch.
2. Open the cover of the outside panel as shown.
3. Turn the gear counterclockwise until the front lid
opens while pushing the gear using a Phillips type
screwdriver.
4. The front lid opens and the cassette tape can be
ejected.

. Do not turn the gear after the front lid has opened.
. Closing the front lid
The front lid cannot be closed and locked in the above
status.
Perform either of the following steps to close and lock
the front lid.
(1) Turn on the power switch.
(2) Turn the gear slightly in the clockwise direction.

If the foregoing steps cannot be performed, perform the
following procedure.

When installing the DC-DC converter, make sure that the
position and direction of the RE-140 board are appropriate,
and then insert it into the groove of the chassis.
