Adjusting Using the Second Lens
(1) Mount the lens. Set the setting menus as follows.
[FILE] → [LENS|FILE] → [FILE], and select the number between "2" to "5".
(2) Set the lens file name and F value of the open edge of the lens.
(3) Set the extender to OFF. Adjust the white shading shooting the all white pattern. Also adjust the flare
balance and white balance shooting the gray scale. Store the data in the lens file.
(4) Set the extender to ON. Adjust the white shading shooting the all white pattern, and adjust the flare
balance and white balance shooting the gray scale.
(5) If the lens center deviates when the extender is switched to ON/OFF, store the center marker under
the extender is ON state.
Calling the Lens File
Select the lens file. Set the setting menus as follows.
[OPERATION] → [BATTERY/D56] → [LENS|FILE]
Initializing the Lens File
Set the setting menus as follows.
[LENS|FILE] → [CLEAR|CURRENT|FILE]
All data of the lens file current selected will be initialized to 0. The lens name is "NO OFFSET".
