Description
Sets the conditions for lighting the NON NORMAL (!) LED of the VF.
The LED is set to light when other than GAIN 0 dB, other than
SHUTTER/ECS OFF, during S-EVS ON, during D5600K ON,
during WHITE PRESET, when other than FILTER 1B, during
LENS EX ON, when other than fan mode AT (NORM), and during
field frequency 60 Hz.
