1) 厚物を縫う時は、糸案内 1 を左 A 方向に動かして糸取り
量を多くします。
2) 薄物を縫う時は、糸案内 1 を右 B 方向に動かして糸取り
量を少なくします。
3) 糸案内 1 は、刻線 C がねじの中心から約 1mm 左に位
置するのが標準的な位置です。
1) When sewing heavy-weight materials, move thread guide
1 to the left (in direction A ) to increase the length of
thread pulled out by the thread take-up.
2) When sewing light-weight materials, move thread guide 1
to the right (in direction B ) to decrease the length of thread
pulled out by the thread take-up.
3) The standard position of thread guide 1 is obtained when
engraved marker line C is in the left of the center of the
screw by approximately 1 mm.
1. 糸切り後の停止位置
1) 標準の針停止位置は、アームの刻点 A とはずみ車の白刻
点 B が一致する位置です。
2) 針を上停止させ、ねじ 1 をゆるめて長穴の範囲で調整で
きます。
1 . C の方向に動かすと針停止が早くなります。
2 . D の方向では遅くなります。
1. Stop position after thread trimming
1
1) The standard needle stop position is obtained by aligning
marker dot A on the machine arm with white marker dot B
on the handwheel.
2) Stop the needle in its highest position, loosen screw 1 to
perform adjustment within the slot of the screw.
1 . The needle stop timing is advanced if you move the
screw in direction C .
2 . The needle stop timing is delayed if you move the
B
screw in direction D .
