POPPY SEED SNACK CAKE
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour
Salt
Baking Powder
Sugar
Vegetable Oil
Egg
Milk
Lemon Extract
Orange Rind
Poppy Seed
1. Spray bread pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
2. In a small bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.
3. in a medium size bowl, using an electric mixer, combine sugar and vegetable oil, mixing
until light. Add eggs and mix well. Alternately add flour mixture and milk until well mixed.
Add lemon extract, orange rind and poppy seeds, mixing well.
4. Pour batter into bread pan.
5. Set machine on "CAKE" cycle.
6. Push "START".

Butter
Egg
Milk
Vanilla
1. Spray bread pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
2. In a medium size bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add butter, egg,
milk and vanilla.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or for 200 strokes by hand.
3. Pour batter into bread pan.
4. Place in bread machine and set on "CAKE" cycle.
5. Push "START "
