Top Component Removal and Installation
Install the Enclosure Cover (continued)
Install the Enclosure Cover
1 Place the enclosure cover on the unit. Install the back edge
of the enclosure cover on top the rear cover.
2 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws into the enclosure
cover.
RELAY BOARD REMOVAL
WARNING
Disconnect the product from the power source
before starting this procedure.
To remove the relay board, first
inches, then remove:

Remove the Relay Board
1 Pull the relay board and relay board plastic bracket forward
until it stops.
2 Disconnect the wire harnesses from the side of the relay
board.
3 Pull the relay board and relay board plastic bracket as far
forward as possible.
4 Disconnect the wire harnesses from the top of the relay
board.
5 Remove the relay board with the relay board plastic bracket
from the unit.
RELAY BOARD INSTALLATION
After installing the relay board, install:
1 Enclosure cover
install the unit
Then .

uninstall the unit
six to seven
Install the Relay Board
1 Connect the wire harnesses to the top of the relay board.
2 Place the relay board plastic bracket tabs into the openings.
3 Connect the wire harnesses onto the side of the relay
board.
4 Push the relay board plastic bracket back.
