The following procedures are the same on both Windows and macOS.

Install new batteries in the Q2n-4K or connect an AC adapter.
NOTE
Executing a firmware update is not possible if the remaining battery power is low.

Insert the microSD card into the Q2n-4K microSD card slot.

While pressing
This opens an update confirmation screen.
