Paper Jam in the Face-up Delivery Area
Please use both hands to remove jammed paper from the printer.

Troubleshooting
Open the delivery selection cover and push down the green paper
release levers on the right and left.
While holding the printer steady, carefully pull the jammed paper
straight out.
If the jammed paper is badly folded, similar to the folds of an
accordion, ease the jammed paper loose and then pull it out of the
printer.
Place the paper release levers back to their original position.
