5.3 Using Frequency Offset (SSCG_FOFFSET)

Although it is possible to modify the SSCG_FOFFSET value in the range -1.56% to +1.56%, it is
recommended that this setting is left at its default value of 0 (0x0).

6 Selecting the SSCG Operating Frequency

This depends on the physical application (your design).
We recommend an SSCG operating frequency of 20 kHz.
