8 Operation

After connecting the supply voltage, the actuator is ready for use.

8.1 Three-step version

In three-step mode, the actuator stem is moved in the corresponding direction by applying a
signal to the terminal eL or aL (see Fig. 8-1).

8.2 Version with positioner

The actuator stem's position directly follows the input signal.
