When the ±10V output connected equipment has 0.05 V offset when output voltage is
zero and 9.95 V output voltage for maximum output:
(1) Short the ADJ terminal. The RUN LED blinks.
(2) Select the target channel with the channel selection switch.
(3) Offset adjustment
(a) Output zero from the connected equipment (Offset: 0.05 V).
(b) Turn the GAIN/OFFSET/MANU switch to OFFSET.
(c) Set the UP/DOWN switch to UP or DOWN while monitoring the AD conversion
data from the tool and set the AD conversion result to count 0.
(4) Gain adjustment
(a) Output full scale from the connected equipment (Maximum output: 9.95 V).
(b) Turn the GAIN/OFFSET/MANU switch to GAIN.
(c) Set the UP/DOWN switch to UP or DOWN while monitoring the AD conversion
data from the tool and set the AD conversion result to full scale (count +2000).
(5) Press the SET switch to write the calibration data in EEPROM.
Check that the SET LED turns on for few seconds and then goes off.
(6) Open the ADJ terminal. The RUN LED turns back on.
