Release the fixing screw A with 13 mm spanner , position
the foot plate assembly at the required height in the footrest
support tube, tighten the fixing bolt (10 Nm) to secure.
Recommended height adjustment for foot plates – minimum
101 mm (4") for kerb clearance.
Independent foot plate assemblies for elevating leg rests
The foot rests comprise a pair of mounting tube and rest
assemblies and are intended solely as a foot support when
you are sitting down. Each foot plate assembly can slide
into the elevating legrest on the appropriate side and its
height can be adjusted. The foot plates can be raised for
front transfers.
Adjusting the foot plate assemblies on the leg rests:

the foot rest assembly at the required height in the leg rest
tube. Tighten the fixing bolt (10 Nm) to secure.

3.7.3 Heel Support Straps

To ensure the correct foot position is maintained, the
footrest is fitted with heel straps as a standard feature.
The strap cannot be removed and should be repositioned
towards the front when folding back the footplate.

3.8 Transit Version

The transit version is designed to be driven only by the
attendant. To facilitate sideways transfers and save space,
the wheelchair is equipped with rear wheels of 305 mm
(12").
The distance between the brake shoe and the solid
tyre can be adjusted. The adjustment must be
carried out by a qualified technician.
The parking brakes are only accessible to the attendant;
operate the handles A to lock or to unlock the wheelchair
in parking position.
