FM TX troubleshooting
General
The FM TX antenna is located in the C-cover and it is exposed by removing the battery cover.
The antenna requires two connection points to the PWB via X6000 and X6001 C-clips. It is important to check
these connection points for damage or dirt since the performance of the FM TX implementation will be
severely impaired if these connections are not in good condition.
General visual inspection guidelines
• Check the condition of the antenna, C-clips and contact pads.
• Check that the N6300 device is placed correctly on the PWB and that there are no obvious signs of damage.
• Check the surrounding components and ensure correct placement on the PWB and that there is no visual
damage. Check that there are no missing components.
