5-4 Installing/Replacing Power Pin to Gun
NOTE: The rear handle and screws do not have to be removed when
installing the two-piece power pins.
1. Thread power pin into rear housing.
2. Tighten the power pin into the rear housing using a 3/4" (19
mm) wrench on the rear block and a 5/8" (16 mm) or 3/4" (19
mm) wrench on power pin. Torque to 18 ft-lbs (24.4 Nm).
3. IMPORTANT: The thread-in two-piece power pin has a taper to
seat and lock the power pin in the rear handle block. Tighten
the power pin in the block with a wrench to ensure that pin
remains in place.
4. Install liner.
