b) Support the bottom of the drive as you slide it out of the system, holding the drive by its sides.
c) If you want to replace the drive, continue with step "8" on page 24. If you are permanently
removing the drive, press Enter on the console to indicate that you removed the drive. The identify
LED turns off.
6. Continue with step "8" on page 24.
7. To remove a drive by using the Linux operating system, complete the following steps:
a) When the identify LED turns on solid, unlock the drive bay handle (B) by pressing the handle release
latch (A) in the direction that is shown and pulling the handle out toward you. If the handle is not all
the way out, the drive cannot slide out of the system.
