6.6 Service Plan (Once a Year)

CAUTION!
Risk of injury and damage to property, if maximum speed reduction on wheelchair with lifter does not
function correctly
The wheelchair's electronics must reduce the maximum possible speed as soon as the lifter is raised.
– Test the maximum speed reduction for correct function after any maintenance work or modifications to the
wheelchair.

Ensure that the battery charger has
been plugged in.
Check the mains supply with a
voltmeter.
Check the mains supply cable. Replace
damaged cables or send the battery
charger to Invacare Service for repair.
Send the battery charger to Invacare

Check mobility device fuses. See "Main
fuse".
Ensure that the battery charger has
been connected to the mobility device.
Check the mains supply with a

is working properly to charge the
batteries. Send the defective battery
charger to Invacare Service for repair.
