5.5 Fittings

The boiler uses the following fittings:

5.6 Boiler assembly

• Remove the protective caps from the boiler
pipes.
• Hook the boiler onto the bracket.
• Insert the check valve (A) inside the "fill
heating circuit" fitting and put the gasket with
filter in place (B) (Figure 5.3)
• Screw the cock on the boiler.

• Tighten the quick fittings and taps on the hy-
draulic system.
Figure 5.4
• Install a shut-off cock on the DHW inlet. The
purpose of the cock is to hydraulically iso-
late the unit, making normal maintenance
possible.
• If the hydraulic heating system is higher
than the boiler surface, cocks should be in-
stalled in order to disconnect the system for
maintenance purposes.
• Block the pipes by placing 1/2" and 3/4" gas-
kets between the boiler fittings.
• Carry out a leakage test for the gas supply
system.
• Connect the safety valve discharge 6 (Fig-
ure 5.5) to an outlet funnel.
