17. Water splashes off the
drip tray onto the floor.

Probable Causes
F.
The level sensor circuit is not
detecting water within 2
minutes of raising the door for
controllers date coded before
June, 2015, or within 5 minutes
for controllers date coded after
June, 2015.
G. The drain valve is not working.
H. The wire connections are loose.
I.
The internal wire connections
inside the door are loose.
J.
The primary seal system is not
operating properly or the air
line may be pinched.
K. The secondary seal systems are
not operating properly or the air
line may be pinched.
L. There is an air leak inside the
door.
M. The compressor is not working.
N. The pressure switch inside the
door is not working or is
leaking air.
O. The controller is not working.
A. The brush seal is not installed
or is not adjusted correctly.
B. The bath is not leveled properly.
C. The door gap is too big because
the pulley assembly is not
properly adjusted.
D. Water is splashing over the top
of the seal.

Recommended Action

for proper connection to the
