Recommended Action
A1. Reset the controller. To do this:
Lower the door.
Quickly tap the door switch
five times within 2 seconds.
For controllers date coded
before June, 2015, wait 3
seconds, then tap the switch 11
times within a 5 second span.
For controllers date coded after
June, 2015, raise the door into
the latched position.
The controller should beep
three to five times to indicate
the issue has been resolved,
then go quiet.
With the door in the down
position, confirm the error code
has been removed by pressing
the door switch one time. If the
controller continues to beep,
repeat the preceding steps until
the error code is cleared.
Once the error code is cleared,
identify and correct the
problem that caused the error
code. Begin troubleshooting
any problems with the bath by
running it through multiple fill
and drain sequences, and note
any symptoms.
A2. If the error code is still activated or
reoccurs another problem exists.
Unplug the power and call the
Customer Care Center using the
information provided on the back
page of this manual.
A. Adjust the mounting brackets
inward using the slots until the
latch pins reliably contact both the
limit switches.
B. Adjust the bumpers as needed.

the back page of this manual.

face of the strike plate, replace the

Care Center using the information
