Remove a l l feature boards by grasping the ejector levers at the s ides
of each feature board and pul l ing toward the rear of the proces sor
unit .

Dis connect the keyboard connector and the 5f' diskette connector from
the rear of the planar board . See Figure 5 - 15 .

Remove the three screws a t the rear o f the p l anar board that secure
the board to the processor unit .
N ote :
I f your IBM 9001 is not equipped with a printer/plotter , the
printer/plotter connectors referred to in the next step are not
present .

S l ide the p l anar board straight back a few inches and disconnect the
keypad connector the printer/plotter connector and the CRT connector
from the front o f the planar board .

Remove the p l anar board by carefully s l iding i t out the rear o f the
processor unit .
