POSSIBLE CAUSE
Adjust speed setting
Be sure media is compatible
with film being used.
Adjust film brake tension
Adjust roller pressure
Adjust speed to faster setting
Adjust film tension
Adjust speed to slower
setting
Too much tension on upper
roll causes upward curl.
Too much tension on lower
roll causes downward curl
Cannot laminate media with
high moisture content.
Move laminator to allow
output to exit freely.
Clean rollers using cleaning
