The printed image has incorrect or missing colors
Possible cause
The Ink option is set
to Black.
The Media Type
setting doesn't match
the loaded paper.

The ICM (Windows 95
and 98) or sRGB
(Windows 98) settings
are incorrect for your

The print head
nozzles are clogged.
