3. Turn on your computer and make sure Windows is running
on your computer.
4. Click Start, and select Settings and Printers.
5. Right-click the icon of your printer, and click Properties.
6. Click the Optional Settings tab and select the Status Sheet
button. The printer starts printing a status sheet.
7. After the Status Sheet prints, click OK and the dialog box will
close.
