Selecting economy mode
To save energy, you can reduce the
room temperature in standard heating
mode, for example, if you leave the
house for a few hours.
Note
Cooling stops in economy mode.
Economy mode cannot be set for a sep-
arate cooling circuit.

1. "Heating" or "Heating/cooling"
2. Where appropriate, select the heat-
ing/cooling circuit.

Selecting the holiday program
To save energy, for example over long
holidays, you can enable the holiday pro-
gram.
The heat pump control unit is set up so
that the holiday program applies to all
heating circuits.
Depending on the operating program
selected (see page 26), the holiday pro-
gram may have different effects:

■ Automatically during changeover to
the "Reduced" operating status in line
with the time program
or
■ Set "Economy mode" to "OFF".
■ Operating program "Heating and
DHW" or "Heating/cooling and
DHW":
– The rooms are heated to the selec-
ted reduced room temperature (see
page 25).
– Cooling via a heating circuit is
switched off.
– A separate cooling circuit continues
to be cooled.
– DHW heating is switched off; frost
protection monitoring for the DHW
cylinder is active.
■ Operating program "Only DHW":
Only frost protection for the heat
pump, DHW cylinder and any heating
water buffer cylinder that may be
installed is enabled for all heating cir-
cuits.
