Power Failure Connections

Note:
While DC power is provided by the backup batteries, the Hybrid IP-PBX will remain fully operational and the connection will not
switch to the Power Failure Connection.
Using Analogue Trunk Card and Extension Card
Power Failure Connection connects a specific SLT and a trunk in the event of power failure. The following analogue trunk and
extension cards can be used for Power Failure Connections:
• Analogue trunk card: LCOT16 (4 PFT ports), LCOT8 (2 PFT ports)
• Extension card: MSLC16 (4 PFT ports), SLC16 (4 PFT ports), CSLC16 (4 PFT ports), ECSLC24 (4 PFT ports), DHLC8 (2 PFT
port) and SLC8 (2 PFT port)
To 1 analogue trunk card, connect only 1 extension card.
Note:
• By programming the Hybrid IP-PBX, a trunk conversation established during power failure can be maintained even when the
power returns and the connection is switched back to the normal maintained even when the power returns and the connection is
