TROUBLE SHOOTING

1) Truck can not be moved out of
panel.

Remedy
Open truck interlock
Fold interlocking lever inwards
Close locking gates of guide rails
Remedy
Switch circuit breaker to OPEN position
Remove operating lever
Switch feeder earthing switch to OPEN
position
Observe general switchgear interlock
Switch circuit breaker to OPEN position
Remedy
Rack switching device truck to TEST
position
Remove hand crank for switching device
truck
Observe the electromagnetic interlocking
Remedy
Remove hand crank for truck
Rack switching device truck to SERVICE
or TEST position
Wait for 15 s (motor) or charge manually
Energize the under voltage release
Plug low voltage connector in
Apply control voltage or charge spring
energy store manually
