Reduce load
Check the converter and supply cables/measure the wind-
ing resistances and insulation resistances, repair after con-
sultation with manufacturer

repair after consultation with manufacturer
Check winding connection
Clean the drive surfaces. Ensure that the cooling air can
flow in and out unimpeded
