    PREFACE INTRODUCTION This manual is part of the documentation set that is delivered with your EchoStar Digital Satellite Receiver (fixed models). This manual gives an explanation and an instruction on the use of the EchoNAV user interface. This manual describes all features of the EchoNAV user interface family for the: DSB-2200 2Ci Viaccess, DSB-2200 2Ci, DSB-1200 Viaccess, DSB-808 2Ci Viaccess, DSB-808 2Ci, DSB-707 Viaccess, DSB-707 FTA.
  • Page 4 To deal with all these channels and the changing way that people watch TV, the software engineers at EchoStar have resurrected the tried and true channel list approach of the venerable LT-8700 and enhanced it to deal with the demanding requirements of today's world.

    The EPG information is not always available. Sometimes the service provider (who sends the EPG information) supplies only the program name, the now/next informa- tion or sometimes nothing at all. EchoStar has no influence on this matter. Make sure the local time is set otherwise you can not view EPG information because it needs the correct time (Refer to the Local Time menu).
