Direct Extended Flue Installations (As Required). Finalise Installation & Commissioning Of Heater. Follow steps 1 through 5 from the chapter “Heater Installation” in the “Rinnai Operation / Installation Manual” supplied with the heater. The Sideways flue installation can run along the left or right hand side of the internal wall behind the heater. When considering the location of the heater due care must be taken to ensure that the flue path is free of obstructions such as studs, noggins, joists, braces, and electricals etc. - Page 16 10.
