T roubleshooting (FAQs)
Troubleshooting
• First, check whether software update is
required. If so, update the software (Software
Update → P268).
• If it does not improve after confi rming the
check items, contact "Repairs" (in Japanese
only) on the back cover of this manual or a
repair counter specifi ed by DOCOMO.
