CLEANING THE AIR FILTER

Clean the air filter once every 2 weeks or more if necessary.
1.
Turn off the power
2.
Open the front cover.
3.
Hold the tab of the air filter, lift it up slightly and remove it from the unit.
4.
Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or with warm water. If dirt is difficult to remove, wash the filter in
lukewarm water with mild detergent.
5.
Dry the filter in the shade.
6.
Ensure to re-insert the filter securely after cleaning, observing the same orientation as when removed.
Failure to clean the filters regularly can cause condensation to form and drip from the indoor unit
when operated in cooling mode during humid conditions.
NOTE
If you need more filters, please contact Rinnai.
