9.12 Assembling the control cable LiR
For products with S/N: -2015100000 (536LiR).

Place the lower part of the cable in the battery
housing and connect the yellow wire (E) and
contact (F).
See figure 29

Connect the red wire in the control cables to the
battery contact by pressing in the contact strip
until it snaps on.
Screw on the battery contact.
See "Assembling the control unit".

Assemble the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the wear guard under the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Connect the contact to the keypad (D). Connect
the contact (C) and the wires (A and B) to the main
switch and place the parts in the operating handle.
See figure 30 NB! Make sure to apply grease to
the contact surfaces and also the connector,
see service data.

Lay the cable in place in the operating handle and
fasten the cable holders (2x) with the screws (4x).
Tightening torque 1 Nm.

Assemble the throttle trigger lock and throttle trigger.
Refer to "Assembling the throttle trigger lock and
throttle trigger".

Assemble the operating handle.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".
9
Lay the cable in place in the wear guard and
assemble the handle arm.
See figure 32 and "Basic dismantle/assembly".
10
Hook on the control cable to the clip and wear
guard. Replace any damaged clips.
